In line with the UN International Women's Day 2023 theme of "DigitALL: Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality", Mindshare is collaborating with Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT). The mission: to support FAT in empowering more young women leaders in India. To achieve this, Mindshare aims to raise USD 10,000, that will support one among several Community Tech Centres being built by FAT's leaders.
About the Community Tech Centre
The Community Tech Centre is a safe space for girls and young women (aged 14 to 18) to gain their first exposure to computers, phones, cameras and other and learn digital skills while also learning about their rights and gender justice. In its first year, a single Tech Centre aims to engage 15 girls and young women, sparking change at the grassroots level.
